A wholesome chocolate bar with earthy & roasted almonds.
The cocoa beans in this bar we source from Tanzania’s Kilombero Valley, from Kokoa Kamili. Gently roasted and slowly conched, bringing out tasting notes of apricot, coffee and mandarin. Once the chocolate is tempered and in the mold we add sweet, juicy Marcona almonds grown under the Spanish sun.
Cocoa formulation 70% trinitario cocoa.
Ingredients: Cocoa beans, cane sugar & almonds.
